I am an eternal Yoga student and teacher, completed my 200 hours teacher training at the Lotus Seed community center in Portland Oregon, and regularly practice Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Meridian Stretches. I am excited by the potential of yoga to establish physical and emotional relationships and build communities.

The class brings together breath, movement and core work into precise and persistent flow sequence. The work is towards finding healthy balance between work and rest, expanding body, mind and space perception and cultivating patience. The practice is an opportunity to shed layers, embrace faults and vulnerabilities and find spaciousness. Each class holds a potential for transformative growth into non-judgemental yet critical way of being present in the world.
